Kalina beweist jeden Tag, dass eine Zöliakiedere Facette. Seit ihrer Zöliakie Diagnose nimmt Kalina ihre Community ehrlich, nahbar und mit viel Humor mit durch ihren glutenfreien Alltag. Sie nimmt sie mit ins Restaurant, in den Supermarkt, auf Reisen und durch all die kleinen Herausforderungen des Lebens.
Nach der eigenen Diagnose fiel sie selbst erst einmal in ein tiefes Loch. Genau deshalb möchte sie heute anderen das geben, was ihr damals gefehlt hat: Mut. Mut dazu, Neues auszuprobieren, unbeschwert zu reisen, entspannt essen zu gehen und sich von der Erkrankung niemals ausbremsen zu lassen. Kalina beweist jeden Tag, dass eine Zöliakie das Leben zwar verändert, es aber keineswegs kleiner macht.
Kalina embodies an active lifestyle full of movement—whether it’s running, cycling, or taking on new athletic challenges, discipline and energy are simply part of her everyday life. Since her celiac disease diagnosis, Kalina has shared her gluten-free journey with her community in an honest, relatable, and humorous way. She brings them along to restaurants, the supermarket, on her travels, and through all of life’s little challenges.
Following her own diagnosis, she initially went through a very difficult time. That is precisely why she now wants to offer others what she herself lacked back then: courage. The courage to try new things, to travel without a care, to dine out with ease, and to never let the condition hold her back. Every single day, Kalina proves that while celiac disease may change one’s life, it certainly doesn’t make it any smaller.
